What does TinyBugs offer?
We offer a range of yoga classes for children and families.
TinyBugs Flow workshops support little bugs to develop their strength, flexibility, balance + mindfulness.
Bedtime Bugs focuses on helping little bugs unwind before bedtime using gentle yoga movements + guided relaxation.
Family Yoga Workshops combine fun movement with a mindful twist, perfect for helping families of all ages create new memories together.
Mamma and MiniBugs classes bring post-natal yoga moves designed to help Mamas heal from birth together with songs and massage for non-walking babies
The Cosy Yoga Club offers parents and caregivers the opportunity to slow down and tend to their own physical, spiritual, and emotional needs through gentle yoga flows, as well as other regulating activities
Where are TinyBugs Classes?
We are based in Swindon and classes take place locally. We've worked with venues across Swindon, including Highworth Community Centre, Old Shaw Farm, Christ Church Community Centre, Stanton Barn, + St Andrew's Community Centre.
We love to collaborate with local businesses, so if you have any suggestions for venues in the community, give us a shout!
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself + your little one!
Full sized yoga mats + equipment are provided at every Family yoga session, but you may be asked to bring props to help enhance your experience at Cosy Yoga Club Events.
