About Me
Hi! I’m Beth.​
I’m a Mamma, ex-Preschool Leader, + yogi. I talk too much about my cats; am a massive bookworm + adore bumblebees. I teach little ones + their parents to advocate for + express their emotional wellbeing needs, through yoga, breathing exercises, + meditation.

I studied to be a Primary Teacher, before deciding the education system isn't for me. After graduating with a first class degree, I moved into Early Years + fell in love with enabling little ones to discover the world. Over my 9 years as Preschool Leader + Deputy Manager of a nursery, I identified my values: that learning should be fun, child-centred, + emotion focused. With this in mind, I studied to become a Toddler + Preschool Yoga instructor with To Baby + Beyond, + incorporated my learnings into nursery life.

From there, TinyBugs was born! Through TinyBugs Yoga, I teach a young children + families ways to support emotional wellbeing. I truly believe that the world would be a better place if we could all be more empathetic, + yoga, is key to that! In August 2024 I qualified as a Postnatal Mum + Baby Yoga Teacher with Amy Jones Yoga; + in Autumn 2024 qualified as a Trauma-Informed Children's Yoga with The Calm Club. In Autumn 2025 I achieved my 250 hours Yoga Teacher qualification with Amy-Yoga, and as of Winter 2026 will be working towards a bringing Restorative Yoga to the families of Swindon too!
